Overview
The CW 9000 gauge performs ultra-accurate measurements of coat weight and mix ratio across a wide range of converting applications (solventless, solvent-based, water-based) to tightly control processes. It is ideal for thin coatings below 5 microns/gsm on various substrates. Thanks to its compact design, the CW 9000 compact coat-weight gauge fits into all different types of coating and laminating lines, including single coating stations, duplex laminators, and triplex laminators. As standard, it provides high-speed measurements with excellent profile resolution of high/low coating bands. The CW 9000 has a large product stand-off to minimize contact with the web and avoid any contamination.

LPS 1000 Scanner
The LPS 1000 is a compact scanner specifically engineered for CW 9000. It can be mounted directly between the side frames of the machine and can fit in all the main coating and lamination lines on the market. The LPS 1000 scanner design is self-contained (clean) and prevents dust from falling onto the web.
