Our History with NDC Technologies
Nordson Measurement & Control Solutions has been producing trusted metrology equipment to optimize product quality control and enable improved process control for over 70 years. In August 2021, Nordson Corporation announced its agreement to acquire NDC Technologies and welcomed its <300 employees into the Nordson family. This enables Nordson to benefit from expertise that has grown since 1954. At the time of acquisition, NDC Technologies, headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, generated approximately $90 million in annual revenue and $15 million in EBITDA.
Our Connection with BETA LaserMike
Many of our customers are also familiar with the BETA LaserMike brand. BETA LaserMike and NDC Infrared Engineering merged and became NDC Technologies in 2014. BETA LaserMike continues its legacy via a dedicated product line: its world-renowned laser gauges, which are still available via Nordson Measurement & Control Solutions.
