Choose One of Two Exciting Tracks

Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP)
The FLDP prepares new hires who have recently earned a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field to take on roles of increasing responsibility at Nordson. Through a combination of rotational assignments, formalized feedback and mentoring, program participants interact with senior finance leaders and participate in various key financial initiatives to set them on a progressive career track within the company’s Finance Department.

Sales Development Program (SDP)
The SDP creates future leaders who possess the skills necessary to succeed in Sales roles at Nordson. As part of the program, participants will go through a variety of development experiences spanning three rotations in a year and a half. All participants are supported by a mentor, business leaders, and other Nordson professionals to help accelerate their development. Those who successfully complete the program will be qualified to be placed into a full-time Sales role at Nordson.
