797PCP Progressive Cavity Pumps
Continuous volumetric dispensing independent of fluid viscosity or changes in viscosity over time gives you reliable, repeatable process control.
Overview
Nordson EFD’s 797PCP Series pumps dispense an exact volume of fluid as small as 0.01 mL per revolution for manufacturing applications that require a high level of process control.
Highly precise fluid volume accuracy and repeatability at +/- 1% gives you assurance that the volume you need to dispense is applied within the tolerance you need, every time.

Ideal for Abrasive and UV-cure Fluids
Versatile for a Wide Range of Applications
The 797PCP comes in four sizes – 0.01 mL, 0.05 mL, 0.15 mL, and 0.30 mL – for use in a wide range of applications in automotive, electronics, medical devices, and other industries.
A stainless steel version of the 0.15 mL pump is available for optimal performance in medical applications. The corrosion-resistant material improves the longevity of the pump and is more hygienic than aluminum since the metallic surface makes it harder for bacteria to survive.
Features and Benefits
- Fluid volume accuracy and repeatability at +/- 1% for exceptional process control
- Continuous volumetric dispensing independent of viscosity variation
- Programmable suck back for more accurate dispensing without dripping or drooling
- Modular design with easy disassembly reduces production downtime
Compatible Fluids
Manufacturing fluids compatible with this progressive cavity pump system include, but are not limited to:
- Epoxies
- Greases and thermal greases
- RTVs and sealants
- Solder pastes
- UV-cure adhesives
Your System Options
The complete system includes a 797PCP volumetric dispensing pump, a touchscreen ValveMate 7197PCP controller or 7197PCP-DIN-NX controller, and fluid reservoir. Integrate with an EFD automated dispensing system for even faster throughput.
A 797PCP-2K volumetric pump is also available for precise meter mix dispensing of two-component (2K) fluids in automated assembly processes.
7197PCP-DIN-NX pump controller is available for Smart Factory integration. It allows communication with a PLC or other manufacturing plant controllers using TCP/IP via Ethernet.
The unique correction factor setting on the 7197PCP controllers help to correct deposit variance to keep the deposit volumes consistent to the original target within ± 1% deposit tolerance.
