Manual Dispense Guns

EFD’s manual line of 2K dispense guns offer the most portable, lightweight option for dispensing two-component materials. Our standard manual guns come in 150mL, 200mL, 300mL, 380mL, 400mL, 450mL, 600mL, and 1500mL capacities. They feature a 1:1, 2:1, or 10:1 mix ratio, and a 26:1 thrust ratio for dispensing thick fluids.

Our versatile multi-ratio manual guns can handle more than 10 volume capacities and simplify ratio conversions for dispensing the widest range of mix ratios.

Pneumatic Dispense Guns

EFD’s pneumatic dispense guns use air pressure to dispense two-component materials with more force than manual dispense guns. Our pneumatic guns feature user-friendly controls that help regulate speed. Ideal for crack injection applications, these guns tend to weigh more than manual guns, but less than cordless guns.

Our standard pneumatic guns come in 300mL, 400mL, 450mL, 600mL, and 1500mL capacities and feature 1:1 and/or 2:1 mix ratios. Our versatile multi-ratio pneumatic guns can handle 10 or more volume capacities and simplify ratio conversions for dispensing a wide range of mix ratios. They come with either a wide or narrow cradle and 2.5" or 4.0" cylinder.
