The PICO Toµch® controller’s intuitive touchscreen interface greatly simplifies setup and operation of the PICO Pµlse® jet valve while allowing precise adjustment of dispensing parameters.

Overview


Fine-tune dispensing performance by setting ramp open and close parameters and stroke control from the unique Wave Profile screen.

 

Adjust pulse time in increments as small as .01 ms, set the valve operating temperature, and easily navigate to all required setup parameters. Cycle the PICO Pµlse jet valve at up to 1000Hz continuous, with up to 1500Hz burst capability*.

Prevent Turbulence and Air Bubbles


The PICO Toµch controller provides the flexibility to dispense a wide range of fluids and viscosities. Better slope control delivers more repeatable deposits and prevents turbulence and air bubbles from entering the fluid, which prevents deposit variations.

Programming Made Easy with Touchscreen Control


The controller features an intuitive touchscreen interface with 480 x 272 resolution for sharper screen visibility, and more than 12 language display options. Programmable lockout prevents unintended changes to the settings.

 

This controller also programs the PICO Pµlse contact dispense valve.
