Overview

The Liquidyn P-Jet is a high performance jet valve designed for the non-contact micro-dispensing of thin to medium-viscosity fluids, including solvents, oils, greases, and glues. It can also dispense cyanoacrylates and anaerobics with the correct process setup. Micro-deposits as small as 3 nL can be applied at up to 280Hz (deposits per second).

It features easily exchangeable dispensing nozzles, tappets, and fluid inlet fittings, making it possible to customize for specific application requirements. Wetted parts separate from the actuator allow for fast, easy serviceability and maintenance.

Integrate Easily

Electro-pneumatically operated by a low voltage trigger, the Liquidyn P-Jet jetting valve features an adjustable pulse signal. Its low voltage operation (24 VDC) makes it easier to integrate into your manufacturing operations. Valve open time can start at 2 ms. The dispensing tappet remains open until the trigger signal ends.

.

Lower Your Cost of Ownership

The valve was designed to dispense in industrial environments and features a low cost of ownership. Even the most demanding or delicate processes – whether due to product complexity or positional tolerances – are easy to implement with the Liquidyn P-Jet jetting system.

Your System Options

The complete system includes the Liquidyn V200 jet valve controller and fluid reservoir. The valve can be operated using either a Liquidyn V200 controller or a customer-supplied Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).

Also available, the Liquidyn P-Dot jet valve dispenses thicker medium- to high-viscosity fluids. For solder paste jetting, the Liquidyn P-Jet SolderPlus jetting system is designed specifically to jet specialized Nordson EFD solder paste, providing a complete system that streamlines implementation.
