Overview

With extremely short triggering intervals of less than 1 ms, it is possible to accurately apply small amounts of thick fluids. Deposit volumes range from 3 nL to 200 nL and can be dispensed at frequencies up to 150Hz (deposits per second).

The Liquidyn P-Dot jetting valve features easily exchangeable dispensing nozzles, tappets, and fluid inlet fittings, making it possible to customize for specific application requirements. Wetted parts separate from the actuator allow for fast, easy serviceability and maintenance.

Integrate Easily

Electro-pneumatically operated by a low voltage pulse signal, the Liquidyn P-Dot valve's low voltage operation (24 VDC) makes it easier to integrate into your manufacturing operations. The valve remains normally closed (NC) when idle.

.

Lower Your Cost of Ownership

The valve was designed to dispense in industrial environments and features a low cost of ownership. Even the most demanding or delicate processes – whether due to product complexity or positional tolerances – are easy to implement with the Liquidyn P-Dot non-contact dispensing system.

Your System Options

The complete system includes the Liquidyn V200 jet valve controller and fluid reservoir. The valve can be operated using either a Liquidyn V200 controller or a customer-supplied Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).

Also available, the Liquidyn P-Jet valve delivers very accurate, repeatable micro-deposits of low- to medium-viscosity fluids at up to 280Hz. For solder paste jetting, the Liquidyn P-Jet SolderPlus jetting system is designed specifically to jet specialized Nordson EFD solder paste, providing a complete system that streamlines implementation.
