- Fidelity Pre-Tax 401(k) - you are automatically enrolled at a 6% pre-tax contribution rate, with the option to increase or opt out. We match up to 6% at 50 cents on the dollar to provide an additional 3% contribution for eligible employees even if you do not contribute to the 401(k).

- Life Insurance – Unum, at 1.5x your base salary (plus commissions, if applicable)
