AltaBlue™ Plus Series Melters

Nordson® AltaBlue Plus-series melters are designed for precise, demanding hot melt adhesive applications. 

 

Overview


A choice of metering spur-gear pumps with variable speed AC motors and key-to-line functionality satisfies a wide range of manufacturing requirements. A standard Modbus® TCP communication module transparently supports industry interest in data and connectivity, which is commonly referred to as IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things).
 
Nordson’s best-in-class tank\reservoir\manifold design reduces adhesive degradation while maximizing adhesive throughput. The large, integrated color touchscreen delivers fast response and ease of use through Nordson’s intuitive graphical user interface. AltaBlue Plus-series melters support a number of flow and pressure control options for production optimization while minimizing customer investment. A range of new features and functionality is added to this new generation melter series to support the evolving needs of Nonwoven and Product Assembly industries.
