Can I order custom dispense tips?

Generally, EFD does not create custom designs for dispense tips. Over our decades of serving the industrial community, we've developed a comprehensive selection of proven dispensing tips that meet different application and fluid needs (see figure 1).

They include:

• A range of diameters and lengths
• Conventional hub and cannula designs, as well as tapered tips
• A variety of materials such as metal and plastic cannulas, PTFE-lined or coated tips
• Specialty cannula shapes such as crimped, curved, and chamfered
• UV-blocking materials to prevent premature curing of light-sensitive adhesives
