ProcessMate 100 Vacuum Pickup System
The ProcessMate™ 100 Vacuum Pickup System provides a simple, efficient way to lift and position small or delicate components in benchtop assembly processes to maximize efficiency.
Overview
Unlike conventional tweezers, the ProcessMate 100 prevents damage to intricate components using a lightweight pickup pen. To lift and position, the user simply places the pen on the component and presses an electric foot pedal to apply vacuum.
The vacuum pickup system frees one hand for users to apply assembly fluids, increasing productivity while lowering operating costs.
An optional finger triggering device is available for users who prefer manual activation.
