Metal Nozzles
Our metal nozzles are 100% stainless steel free of flash and burrs. With a 1/4 NPT (6.35 mm) thread, they fit Nordson EFD 725 Series and 736HPA-NV valves.
Overview
Available in two varieties: standard stainless steel and standard stainless steel with multi-outlet tips. Multi-outlet tips allow users to simultaneously dispense in multiple areas.
Manufactured with high-quality steel, our metal nozzles deliver precise, consistent fluid dispensing. They come in six different gauges ranging from 7 to 16.
All Optimum® dispensing tips are manufactured in the USA in silicone-free facilities to prevent fluid contamination and are certified for industrial use.

Available in multiple styles, sizes, and materials, Optimum® dispense tips are produced in Nordson EFD’s certified silicone-free facilities in the United States. Each tip faces stringent quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process to meet industrial use certification and have the EFD Certified for Industrial Use seal. Our dispense tips prevent air pockets to provide consistent, accurate results every time.
