3-Axis GVPlus / GV Series Automated Fluid Dispensing Robot
The vision-guided GVPlus and GV Series gantry robots work as standalone systems or as part of fully automated solutions. The GVPlus supports heavier arm tooling and improved positional repeatability at ± 0.008 mm vs. ± 0.02 for the GV Series. Working envelopes range from 400 mm to 800 mm for precise fluid dispensing onto substrates requiring large work envelopes without sacrificing repeatability.
GV Series
The GV Series automated fluid dispensing system features specialized DispenseMotion™ software and an integrated CCD smart vision camera or a simple pencil camera. This makes the automated system quick to set up and easy to program. True three-dimensional motion control allows easy programming of dots, lines, circles, arcs, and compound arcs.
Dispense with Confidence
Verify fluid deposit placement and accuracy with the OptiSure™ automated optical inspection (AOI) software. The AOI system measures fluid deposit width and diameter, as well as placement accuracy.

The GVPlus Series gantry automation system is engineered for life sciences and electronics manufacturing applications due to its precise positional repeatability of ± 0.008 mm. This system offers lower production, material, and ownership costs.
A combination of advanced dispensing software, cameras, new mounting flanges, and additional arm support for heavier tooling meets these goals.

Heavier Tooling Support
The GVPlus automation solution features dual mounting flanges and additional arm support. These features enable manufacturers to use heavier tooling and reduce vibration during production, improving quality and throughput. The kit includes an extension bracket to simplify the tooling setup process.

Advanced Laser and Camera
The GVPlus Series offers various laser options to enhance the process. The optional confocal laser allows for adjusting the dispensing gap and verifying dispense using AOI software.
Both the confocal laser and CCD smart vision camera recognize reflective surfaces during production. Manufacturers can scan reflective surfaces like glass, mirrors, and non-transparent plastics and obtain a rich set of actionable manufacturing data.
