Optimum ECO Dispensing Components
Nordson EFD Optimum® ECO industrial syringe barrels and dispensing components feature sustainably-sourced polyethylene to help reduce the carbon footprint.
Overview
Optimum ECO dispensing components help meet corporate sustainability initiatives by using raw resins made from sugarcane stock versus byproducts of the petrochemical industry.
The eco-friendly dispensing component system features a bio-based content rating of 94% to 96%. Its renewable biopolyethylene helps to minimize the impact of air pollution by capturing CO2 from the atmosphere, helping to stabilize the planet’s natural balance.
The complete Optimum ECO system includes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc, 55cc syringe barrels, pistons, end caps, and tip caps.
