Syringe Barrel Systems
- Optimum Syringe Barrels feature ZeroDraft™ walls with consistent internal diameters that maintain a perfect seal with pistons to ensure accurate, consistent filling and dispensing with virtually no fluid waste.
- Our pistons, engineered by experts, not only reduce waste by cleanly wiping the sides of syringe barrels but also allow air to bleed through to avoid entrapped air.
- End caps give operators a visual indicator that the end cap is correctly installed for excellent quality control.
- Tip caps use our SafetyLok design that connects securely to the syringe barrel, eliminating leaks, bubbles, and blow-off.
Cartridge Systems
- Optimum Cartridge Systems are molded from a proprietary formulation of Polypropylene and provide exceptional clarity, chemical compatibility, impact strength, and dimensional stability for a wide variety of fluids.
- Optimum cartridge retainer systems make it easy to visually monitor fluid levels during dispensing.
- Optimum cartridge pistons fit perfectly within Nordson EFD cartridges, preventing blow-by and leakage during filling and storage.
- Optimum cartridge end caps provide an airtight seal at the top of cartridges. Threaded, self-venting outlet caps prevent leaks and keep air from being introduced into the fluid.
Dispense Tips & Needles
Nordson EFD manufactures the highest quality dispensing tips and adhesive nozzles free of flash and burrs for cleaner, smoother flow paths. Each tip faces stringent quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process to meet industrial use certification. Our dispense tips prevent air pockets to provide consistent, accurate fluid deposits every time.
