Fully self-purging, capable of color change in less than 30 seconds without disassembly.
Automatic Powder Coating Systems
Nordson's Encore and Encore HD powder coating guns offer superior performance, high productivity, and repeatability and are designed to deliver optimal powder coating results with precision.
The spray guns combined with Dynamic Contouring Movers enable accurate positioning, allowing for fewer manual touch-ups and an increase in productivity. With the use of this spray gun system, powder coating operations can gain greater process control and achieve improved end product quality. The spray gun is capable of delivering a consistent spray pattern despite uneven nozzle wear, and the spray fan can be adjusted from narrow to wide for flexibility in applying a variety of powder coating gun applications.
Powder Coating Booths

The ColorMax™3 has proven itself with outstanding performance so far in several hundred installations worldwide. Highly adaptable to individual needs, it is the ideal powder coating booth for practically every application.
We also pioneered the Twin-Cyclone technology for efficient recovery more than 40 years ago. The twin-cyclone systems are compact, accessible for color change, and recover over sprayed powder with over 95% efficiency. Convenient access inside the cyclones enables contamination-free color change even with contrast colors and without the need for non-reclaim operation.
Nordson HDLV Technology
Unique to Nordson, dense phase technology offers patented HDLV® (High Density, Low Velocity) Encore HD pumps, which deliver a high concentration of powder to the spray gun with only a fraction of the air required by conventional, ejector-pump systems. This spray pattern air is added separately, straight to the spray gun. Independent control of powder and air, allow powder coaters to fine-tune the powder output for the required production rate and customize spray velocity and pattern size for the best application results.
Our Color-on-Demand® System is using Nordson HDLV® Technology and accommodates up to 28 colors at one time for more color changes per shift, higher throughput, and just-in-time manufacturing for zero inventory and improved production efficiency.
About PaintExpo Eurasia
The previous Paint Expo Eurasia 2021 trade show was attended by 47 exhibitors including 20 foreign ones, which lead the way in industrial coating applications, as well as Surtech Eurasia 2021 organized simultaneously, to bring together 37 exhibitors. The event was visited by more than 4000 participants katılımcı, 584 of which were foreign guests from different 13 countries.
PaintExpo Eurasia 2019 hosted 150 exhibitors of which 48 of them international companies.
