How the Viscosity Control System Works
The system continuously heats and circulates conformal coating fluid through the valve and fluid circuit, maintaining temperature to within ±1 °C. Close range temperature sensors provide real-time feedback, allowing the system to react instantly to changes that would otherwise impact viscosity.
Operators define acceptable process limits within ASYMTEK EasyCoat® 6 software. If temperature drifts outside these limits, the system automatically generates an alarm—protecting product quality before defects occur.
