ASYMTEK Products

Our ASYMTEK product line provides precision dispensing solutions for advanced semiconductor packaging applications, including underfill for 2.5D, 3D, wafer-level (WLP), and panel-level packaging (PLP), as well as conformal coating equipment solutions for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), surface mount technology assembly (SMT), and other precision manufacturing processes. In fluid dispensing applications, such as underfill, our equipment effectively applies materials to protect microchips and other components. This process involves filling the gaps between the chip and the substrate, which helps prevent moisture and corrosion damage. Additionally, we dispense various fluids, including epoxies, silicones, and greases, for bonding components, sealing enclosures, and forming protective gaskets. These applications ensure structural integrity and environmental resistance. In conformal coating applications, our equipment applies a protective layer to shield sensitive components against environmental hazards like moisture, dust, and chemicals, while also improving durability against vibration and mechanical stress.

SELECT Products

Our SELECT product line provides selective soldering solutions that precisely solder specific components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and are ideal for complex boards with mixed surface-mount and through-hole components. Unlike wave soldering, which affects the entire board, selective soldering precisely solders individual points or component leads, ensuring reliable joints and minimizing damage to sensitive components.
