Nordson EFD cyanoacrylate dispensing equipment applies a wide range of super glues with great control for highly precise, repeatable production outcomes.

EFD understands the unique challenges associated with cyanoacrylates, also known as super glues. Though the high bond strength and fast curing times of industrial CAs help manufacturers speed production, those same attributes make the material tricky to work with.

In addition to providing dispense valves and cyanoacrylate dispensers designed to apply highly accurate amounts of cyanos, EFD provides specialized tips, pistons, fittings, and accessories.

When using a benchtop super glue dispenser for low- to medium-volume production, EFD recommends the UltimusPlus II, featuring 0-1.0 bar (0.3-15 psi) and Performus X15 with 0-1.0 bar (0-15 psi) air pressure regulator for greater control of low-viscosity cyanoacrylates.

Our PTFE-lined dispense tips prevent premature curing and clogging. They feature a unique crimp to control the flow of watery cyanos. And EFD SmoothFlow tapered tips provide the best results for gel CAs.

In addition, our unique blue LV Barrier piston is designed specifically for watery CAs and other thin fluids, and our white SmoothFlow piston works great with gel cyanoacrylates.

EFD super glue dispensers and valves fully integrate with our automated dispensing systems for high-volume applications.
