Dispensing Accuracy
The ProBlue Flex melter brings together all of Nordson's most intelligent technology for data- driven precision that is honed to meet user-specific requirements. This precision dispensing technology includes our industry-leading Adhesive Tracking System, which gives users the ability to measure and monitor adhesive volume and usage with ease. It also includes electronic pressure regulators that deliver remote control operation for changing and checking pressure settings. These features help ensure consistency in the correct amount of adhesive and the correct placement of adhesive - every time, all the time.
Seamless Integration with NEW BBconn Controls
The ProBlue Flex melter is complemented by Nordson's New BBconn Controls. This dynamic new platform opens the door to complete machine integration and full IoT connectivity. BBconn Controls allows Nordson's equipment to easily communicate with parent machines and other devices, which means users can now operate all equipment from a single interface. This new platform also provides for remote operation, more visibility, real-time oversight, and the data and analytics needed for continuous improvement, and profitable, data-driven decisions.
Our new BBconn Controls allows our equipment to be consistent, predictable, easy to learn, and easy to operate. The intuitive user interface eliminates the need for an extensive training process and creates a one-size-fits-all solution that will increase workplace flexibility.
BBconn Controls also includes Nordson’s BBconn Cloud – a cloud-based application that stores and retrieves setup data by part number/serial number from the customer’s database. BBconn Cloud allows the customer to program all system settings and recipes “offline” from the melter for later provisioning.

The melter is fully covered: limiting exposure to hot surfaces and offers optional lid- lock for additional protection.
