Email Signatures
Email is among the most used forms of communication by Nordson worldwide, reaching customers, investors, media, communities, and other stakeholders.
The following specifications should be followed to ensure consistent and professional communication of the Nordson brand worldwide. Slight variations may be made if required to accommodate extra addresses, foreign languages, or other specific needs. In all cases, every attempt should be made to follow the standard as closely as possible.
- The font should be 10 point Arial. Specific legal information that is required regionally should be in 8 point Arial.
- The individual's name should be in bold. The company name should be in bold. Labels for phone, mobile, fax etc. should be bold. All other text should be regular.
- The Nordson logo or approved Nordson sub-brand logo should be included. Size should be 120 pixels wide. Height will be determined by the inclusion of a sub-brand name (such as EFD, MEDICAL, etc.)
- The general order for information should be as follows:
- No more than one logo should appear in an E-mail signature.
- Colored backgrounds other than white should generally not be used in E-mails.
- Adding gender pronouns to your email signature helps minimize misgendering and is an important strategy towards inclusivity. If you wish to include your preferred pronouns in your email signature, place them below your email address (in 10 point Arial) with the format used in this example: Pronouns: he/him/his
