The ASYMTEK Valve Position Sensor continuously verifies the actual location of the needle tip or valve and helps ensure precise alignment throughout the coating process. When positional deviations are detected, EasyCoat® 6 software automatically compensates for offsets to maintain coating accuracy. If measurements exceed predefined tolerances, operators are immediately alerted so corrective action can be taken.
