Overview

VersaPUR Slug Melters

Process PUR from environmentally-friendly, 20-liter foil-encased slugs.
Offer melt-on-demand functionality to reduce thermal stress and protect bonding characteristics.
Use a pneumatic piston to force adhesive out of the bag, leaving virtually no residue.
Hold sufficient adhesive in the hopper to allow continuous operation during slug changes.

VersaPUR Tank Melters

Process PUR or EVA granulates.
Utilize either integrated or external inert gas supply to create inert gas blanket.
Incorporate pressurized tank and lid design to protect adhesive from thermal stress and maintain bonding characteristics.
