More details for TrueBlue Preventive Maintenance Service Plans:
- Labour, travel and expenses are included.
- Complete system inspection: check for damage, missing parts, cleanliness, proper support and installation, hydraulic and electrical connection integrity
- Draining and cleaning of the melter reservoir, replacement of reservoir filter and a system purge to help remove adhesive char and debris
- Function check of each applicator and nozzle, plus verification of temperature settings
- Replacement of all filters in dispensing applicators
- Pump kit, replacement of hydraulic and pneumatic seals (Plus plan only, every 1-2 years depending upon the operating time)
- Receive a service report for your records and for ISO compliance.
- Additional parts or labor will be quoted and invoiced separately.
