Statement on Business Activities in Russia

Nordson manufactures and sells products that include medical devices and capital equipment used to manufacture a wide range of essential products, including baby diapers, food and beverage packaging, personal protective equipment (masks, healthcare gowns, etc.), and other daily needs. In early March 2022, Nordson reduced its business in Russia and Belarus to only those transactions that supported basic human needs such as food/beverage, medical and family/personal care products. On May 24, 2022, Nordson indefinitely suspended all new and existing business in Russia and Belarus and, thereafter, wound down and ceased its business activities in those countries.
