Nordson does not allow political donations by the company, nor does the company actively participate in political lobbying.

Individual employees may support the political process through personal contributions or by volunteering personal time to the candidates or organizations of their choice.  These activities, however, may not be conducted on company time or involve the use of the company name or any company resources such as telephones, computers or supplies. 

Nordson may belong and pay membership dues to industry, trade or business associations for educational, networking and similar business purposes.  Some of those associations may engage in lobbying; however, Nordson does not make any financial contributions to those organizations specifically directed toward lobbying efforts or intended as indirect political donations, nor does Nordson actively participate in any lobbying efforts.
