Nordson BUILDS Scholarships:
Through our Nordson BUILDS initiative, we provide three categories of scholarships: Career & Technical, University Scholars, and Creating Equity in Industry. These scholarships are targeted at individuals whose permanent residence, trade school or college is near a Nordson facility and who are pursuing majors in manufacturing, engineering-related STEM disciplines, or business courses that will lead to a career in industry and corporate America. Scholarships ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 are awarded to students planning to enroll, or who are already enrolled, in an accredited public or private not-for-profit postsecondary institution.

Internships and Co-Op Programs:
As students prepare to launch their careers, we believe there’s nothing more valuable than hands-on work experience. Our internship and co-op programs offer a unique opportunity for current students to gain knowledge from experts in mechanical engineering, logistics, marketing, and other business-related fields.
In addition to our signature scholarships, internships, and co-op programs, Nordson’s development programs for recent graduates are a great way to get started at Nordson, including our Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) and Sales Development Program (SDP).
