Overview
The Nordson XPS series power supplies produce high voltage, low current power for safe, effective charging of liquid coatings. XPS power supplies provide superior electrostatic charging for high quality finishes and efficient material utilization.
Two models are available that allow finishers to select optimal voltage output for their application:
- XPS 60 – 60kV output for superior performance with automatic and manual waterborne finishing systems
- XPS 115 – 115kV output for automatic solventborne finishing systems

- Analog I/O for closed loop kV and μA control Standard,
AFC and Custom electrostatic modes
— Standard Mode – user sets kV output
— Automatic Feedback Current (AFC) Mode – user sets maximum μA output and the XPS unit will automatically control the optimum electrostatic charging voltage based on the gun-to-part distance and coating conductivity
— Custom Mode – user can set both

We experiences significant paint savings, stretching its use of paint from 21 drums per gallon to about 32 drums per gallon with the A7A gun systems.
