Modern electronic assemblies are increasingly dense and three‑dimensional—making it difficult to coat component sides and shadowed areas using a standard vertical approach. The ASYMTEK Four‑Position Tilt Accessory solves this challenge by enabling programmable, multi‑angle access for conformal coating valves.
The accessory allows compatible ASYMTEK valves to operate in the standard upright position or tilt 30° from vertical in four directions—left, right, front, and back. This flexibility makes it easier to coat hard‑to‑reach features such as component sidewalls, leads, and areas beneath overhangs, without manual touch‑up or rework.
