OptiStroke™ Needle Stroke Detection System
The patented OptiStroke system reduces product waste and confirms hot melt adhesive dispensing performance by verifying valve actuation and fatigue. Ideal for applications where product-yield loss is critical, the system is compatible with Nordson Universal™ modules, Speed-Coat™ modules and Harmony modules.
Overview
- Detect adhesive presence and accurate pattern placement using online process control.
- Prevent manufacture of scrap product with automatic alarm that alerts operator or stops line during a stroke fault.
- Identify potential valve fatigue before it may affect production.
- Use with multiple configurations via master/slave controls for up to 12 channels.
