We maintain the most extensive and sophisticated powder customer test facility in the industry. We will also provide you with detailed test documentation, finished parts, and even photos and video if you so desire.

Our Lab Services Program
Get the Most from Your Lab Test
Each lab is available Monday through Friday during standard business hours. We will quote a minimum of one day (with one lab technician). Longer time can be quoted in four (4) hour increments. Ask for the full week discount rate! Additional lab technicians can also be included, if needed.

One booth with Nordson application equipment
Oven
Conference room
Lab technician to run the procedures
Videos and basic lab reports after the test, if requested
You only need to supply pretreated parts and sufficient material to conduct the test. The lab is available Monday through Friday during standard business hours. We will quote a minimum of one day with one lab technician (additional lab technicians can also be included, if needed). Longer time can be quoted in four (4) hour increments. There is also a full week discount rate.
