Nordson ASYMTEK systems help maintain volume control during automated dispensing of silicones
Overview
Silicone fluid materials can be tricky to dispense - their sticky characteristics make it difficult to break-off during dispensing. Therefore, maintaining volume control during dispensing is a major challenge. Along with Calibrated Process Jetting (CPJ), Nordson ASYMTEK dispensing systems provide Mass Flow Calibration. Working in tandem they provide automatic calibration to consistently deliver user-specified amounts of fluid, minimizing setup-to-setup and line-to-line variations, while completely eliminating the need for operator interaction. CPJ automatically compensates for both fluid viscosity changes over time as well as batch-to-batch variations.
