Value Propositions
- High-precision machining ensures the lateral uniformity of glue application from the gun body. Even when the gun body is as long as 3200 mm, the lateral uniformity can still be controlled within ±5%.
- Special machining processes ensure that the gun body maintains good linearity at the lip where glue is dispensed, even at high temperatures, with an error controlled within 2 micrometers (um).
- The segmented glue supply and segmented control design of the internal flow channels in the gun body significantly enhance the range of glue viscosity that can be used. This allows the equipment to be compatible with various types and viscosities of glue without the need for specific flow channel designs based on the glue's characteristics.
- Good breathability is ensured at glue application rates ranging from 0.5 to 80 gsm. Even when coating elastic fabric with 65 gsm of glue, a breathability rate of over 5000 can still be achieved.
- For mesh-based materials, uniform glue application can be achieved without glue penetration.
