About the IPS Segment
Nordson Corporation is a vast industrial precision technology company that can be broken into three segments. Industrial Precision Solutions (IPS) is the largest segment within Nordson. The Industrial Precision Solutions segment focuses on precision dispensing and processing technology for a variety of end markets, like food and beverage, automotive, hygiene, and more.

All Nordson divisions are organized into one of our three segments. The divisions within the IPS segment fall into several processing technology pillars: adhesive dispensing, industrial coating, polymer processing, and smart farming technologies.
Verpackung
Die Division Nordson Packaging konzentriert sich auf Lösungen, die präzise und zuverlässige Lösungen für eine breite Palette von Verpackungsanwendungen liefern, darunter Kisten- und Kartonversiegelung, Getränkeverpackungen, Tablettherstellung, Süßwaren, Pharmazeutika, E-Commerce, Palettenstabilisierung und mehr. Produktmontage
Nordson Product Assembly arbeitet mit Produktdesignern und Herstellern zusammen, um die Dichtungstechnik in verschiedenen Märkten zu verbessern, darunter für EV-Batterien, Makro-Elektronik, Solarmodule, Gebäude und Haushaltswaren, indem präzise Verbindungen für stärkere, dauerhaftere und nachhaltigere Lösungen geliefert werden. Durch den Einsatz von erfahrenem Personal und hochmodernen globalen Laboren trägt die Abteilung dazu bei, anspruchsvolle Montageprobleme zu lösen und die Produktivität durch Recycling zu steigern.
Etikettierung
Nordson unterstützt die Hochgeschwindigkeitsverarbeitung von Rollenwaren für medizinische Anwendungen wie Babywindeln, Inkontinenzprodukte für Erwachsene, Damenhygieneartikel und Vliesstoffe, indem es eine Technologie anbietet, die Heißschmelzmittel, Lotionen, Parfums, Wachse und andere Materialien präzise aufträgt, um Kosten, Qualität und Anlageneffizienz zu optimieren. Mit einem breiten Portfolio an Klebstoffe-Lösungen und -Anlagen, die auf Genauigkeit und Konsistenz ausgelegt sind, unterstützt die Division Hersteller dabei, in anspruchsvollen Produktionsumgebungen für Vliesstoffe eine zuverlässige Leistung im großen Maßstab zu erzielen.
Industrielle Pulverbeschichtungssysteme
Die Division Industrial Coating Systems von Nordson konzentriert sich auf die Bereitstellung von Komplettlösungen für industrielle Beschichtungen und Pulverbeschichtungen, die die Oberflächenqualität, die Produktivität und die Prozesskontrolle in Fertigungsumgebungen verbessern. Polymerverarbeitungsanlagen
Die Division Polymer Processing Systems von Nordson bietet erstklassige Anlagen zum Schmelzen, Homogenisieren, Filtern, Dosieren, Formen und Granulieren von Polymeren und unterstützt damit den gesamten Prozess der Thermoplaste von der Extrusion und Flüssigbeschichtung bis hin zu Spezialnadeln.
