Packaging Division Supplier Performance Awards
Nordson Packaging closed out 2025 with a celebration of excellence and partnership as we recognized our top-performing suppliers across North America. The Supplier Performance Awards highlight the critical role our partners play in delivering the highest levels of quality, delivery, and cost performance.
This initiative served as a pilot program for what will become a fully global supplier awards program launching throughout 2026 - a significant step in strengthening our supply chain partnerships worldwide.
Excellence in Action
Led by the U.S. supply chain team, this new program evaluated supplier performance across key operational metrics. Suppliers achieving Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum performance levels were honored for consistently meeting or exceeding Nordson’s rigorous expectations.
Award recipients were presented with a custom-designed trophy, symbolizing their exceptional contribution to Nordson’s success and their commitment to continuous improvement.
A special acknowledgment goes to Tracey Mehallick, Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, whose dedication and leadership were instrumental in developing the tracking mechanisms and evaluation criteria that made this year’s awards possible. Tracey’s close collaboration with suppliers was anchored in a structured, corrective-action process. This process has elevated supplier performance and strengthens our valuable relationships.
Suppliers personally thanked Tracey and Nordson for the program, sharing how our feedback helped them improve. This positive response underscores how our quality team transforms challenges into opportunities for growth and mutual success.
