ezSPC Spray Pressure Control System
The easy Spray Pressure Control, "ezSPC" maintains stable inside spray machine (ISM) gun pressures to ensure consistent film weights are applied for container coating. While the bypass feature thoroughly flushes the hydraulic circuit faster and easier.
Overview
The Nordson Spray Pressure Control system provides individual pressure control for each spray gun on your container manufacturing line. By eliminating pressure fluctuations caused by the pump and the operation of other guns on the line, you'll achieve consistent coating weights and material savings.
Achieve consistent coating weightThe patent pending hardware allows the operator to easily rotate the knob 90 degrees or 180 degrees to:
- Bypass the fixed orifice for a higher flow through the Inside Spray Machine (ISM) hydraulic circuit.
- Quickly flush a clogged fixed orifice.

Advanced technology
Control film weights during manufacturing by maintaining consistent hydraulic pressure within the fluid system and save on material costs. The hardware has a valve that an operator can easily rotate to unclog the fixed orifice. Most importantly, avoid cross contamination when changing between multiple lacquers by thoroughly flushing the hydraulic circuit through the ISM (inside spray machine) when using the bypass function.
