High-accuracy one-component metering system
The Micro-Meter® 1K is a durable one-component meter for dispensing small volumes of material with precision ratio and volumetric output control. It is a small, light and easy-to-mount one-component meter that does not sacrifice any accuracy in dispensing the smallest amounts of material.

Positive Rod Displacement Technology - Exact Ratios Every Time
No matter the material, positive rod displacement metering proportions materials to the exact volumetric ratio every time; even with notoriously difficult materials like abrasives that can cause machine wear.
Principle
As the metering rod moves through the cylinder, material is directed by inlet and outlet valves to ensure the displaced material is directed downstream. The shot size of the dispense is determined by the distance the metering rod travels whereas the flow rate is determined by the speed of such travel.
