Electronic Stationery/Leatterhead
Electronic documents play an important role in conveying the Nordson brand.
Every day, Nordson employees around the world correspond electronically with each other, customers, prospective customers, suppliers, investors, media, job applicants, community leaders and other important constituents. Often, these communications are the first impressions the company makes.
Nordson has made three main types of electronic documents available: letterhead, memorandums, and facsimile. If additional electronic documents are required, they should mimic the style of these three documents.
Nordson electronic documents combine the three basic corporate identity elements - logo, color and typography - to create a Nordson family look.
A small difference between electronic documents and pre-printed letterhead/stationery is that electronic documents do not include the Nordson Blue Bar graphic element at the bottom of the page. This is due to the fact that most desktop and office printers do not have the ability to print a graphic image that bleeds off the bottom of a page. In addition, electronic documents are often printed in black and white which would render the Nordson Blue Bar as a black bar when printed.
A more significant difference is that information in the header area of these documents is editable by the individual user. The electronic documents provided on Nordson's brand management site feature generic header information. Name, address and phone information should be updated.
