Business Cards

Business cards are an important device for communicating Nordson's brand. Stakeholders should expect a consistent experience when dealing with any employee of Nordson worldwide. As such, business cards should also be consistent around the world.

PLEASE NOTE: Updated Web Address and Email Address Guidelines for Business Cards
As of February 2020, Nordson is standardizing on the nordson.com web address and the [email protected] email domain format for all business cards and stationery. This policy applies to all divisions except Nordson MEDICAL. 

The following rules apply to all Nordson business cards:

• A Nordson logo must appear on the card.
• The only logos currently approved for use on business cards are the Nordson logo and division brand logos.
• Web address must conform to the standardized format: nordson.com. This applies to all divisions except Nordson MEDICAL. 
• Email address must conform to the standardized format: [email protected]. This applies to all divisions except Nordson MEDICAL. 
• No more than one logo should ever appear on a business card.
• The logo always appears in the same position and same size.
• The Nordson Blue Bar must appear at the bottom of the card.
• The business card font is Source Sans Pro.
• The person's name text is 10 point size in Nordson Blue. 
• The person's title text is 6.5 point size.
• All other text is 7.25 point size.
• The person's name must appear in bold. 
• The person's title must appear in bold italic.
• Include country designation in the address (including USA). Nordson is a global company.
• All contact numbers should be separated by periods not dashes.
• A business identifier or product line name may be included on the business card and should be the first line of the address column; they appear in bold in the same typeface and size as the address type.
• The back of a business card may be used for repeating information in an alternate language.
• The back of a business card may be used for other specific information deemed helpful by a specific area of the organization. Contact Corporate Communications for specific questions.
  
  

There are two approved variations of business cards within Nordson Corporation:

1. Business cards using the Nordson brand.
2. Business cards using approved Nordson division brands.
