Performus Series Dispensers

Nordson EFD Performus™ Series solder paste, lubricant and liquid dispensing systems increase throughput, improve yields, and reduce production costs through precise application of adhesives, lubricants, and other assembly fluids.

With eight configurations the Performus Series solder paste, lubricant and liquid dispensing system allows you to select the exact features needed to improve your specific fluid application process. 

Performus V – VIII
Performus V – VIII solder paste, lubricant and liquid dispensers are used for applications that require a high degree of process control and consistency. They feature vacuum control, a Teach function that makes it easy to set initial shot size, and an I/O connection. 

For the Performus VII and VIII dispensers, you'll also benefit from a digital vacuum display that adds an extra degree of process control.

Performus V and VII units come with 0-100 psi (0-7 bar). Performus VI and VIII units come with 0-15 psi (0-1 bar) for dispensing thin materials. 

Performus III & IV
Used for applications that require a timed shot and vacuum control, the Performus III features a 0-7 bar (0-100 psi) pressure regulator that handles all fluids. For dispensing thin fluids, select the Performus IV, which has the same functionality as the Performus III but comes with a 0-15 psi (0-1 bar) regulator.
Performus II
Includes a digital timer and general purpose air pressure regulator for basic dispensing applications that require a timed shot. The Performus II handles all fluids and features a digital time/pressure display and electric foot pedal.

Performus I
Used for operator-controlled dispensing applications that do not require a timed shot, the Performus I handles all fluids to dispense dots, beads and fills. It features an electric foot pedal, plus vacuum control, to keep thin fluids from dripping.
