Find End-of-Sale and End-of-Life notifications

Products reach the end of their life cycle for various reasons, including market demand, innovation in technology, inability to source critical components, substitution by functionally superior technology, or deviation in business direction. While this step is a normal part of the entire product life cycle, Nordson MARCH recognizes the impact this milestone can have within our customer’s facilities and operations. With this in mind, the End-of-Life Policy below will help our customers better manage the product’s end of life transition.

The End-of-Life Policy is applicable to End-of-Sale (Discontinuation) and End-of-Life (Obsolescence) notices/announcements made on or after November 24, 2015 for all Nordson MARCH product lines. The Policy does not apply to products that were previously subject to prior announcements, certain Nordson MARCH Florida products, and customized one-of-a-kind systems.

  3. Nordson MARCH will notify the customer 3 months prior to the last day (End-of-Sale Date) an order will be accepted for the affected product(s) in the End-of-Sale statement. In this notice, we will offer a suitable replacement product, if one is available at the time of the announcement.
  5. For products with low or infrequent orders, Nordson MARCH might issue an End-of-Life statement in place of an End-of-Sale announcement. In these situations, there will not be a 3 month grace period for the placement of orders.
  7. Both End-of-Sale and End-of-Life announcements will be communicated to the customer via sales channels. In the event a customer does not receive this notification, Nordson MARCH will also publish it on and
