Fort Collins, Colorado – Nordson MEDICAL (Nasdaq: NDSN) has expanded its extensive range of bioprocessing components and services to include user friendly clamps and quick connects that offer a secure connection.

Nordson MEDICAL’s line of PharmaLok™ clamps feature a state-of-the-art design that simplifies the assembly process by making it effortless to securely attach sanitary fittings to bag ports and filters. All PharmaLok™ clamps are ASME BPE compliant and operate at a maximum pressure of 80 psi. Single-use and easy-open clamp sizes include .5” to .75“ and 1” to 1.5“, and the tube clamp supports tubing sizes from .5” to 1.25“. The tube clamp is also designed for use with silicone and TPE tubing.

RQX Series quick connects feature unsurpassed ergonomics with a large locking button for easier handling and connection as well as a single barb open flow design. Available in widely used polypropylene and polycarbonate materials, these connectors are compatible with industry standard quick connects to simplify qualification and fit 3/8” and 1/2” tubing sizes.

Nordson MEDICAL is also now offering their popular bag ports made with RENOLIT SOLMED Granuflex 4301 resin. These products demonstrate lower leachable levels and high purity. Featuring flow alignment ribs and parabolic lead, these bag ports promote a consistent velocity and increased flow rates.
