Concord, California, USA – Nordson MARCH, the global leader in advanced plasma treatment and cleaning systems for electronics and other technology applications, has announced the promotion of Leo Li (Li Cao) to the position of General Manager for Nordson MARCH in China. Serving since 2008 as China Business Manager, Li has steered the organization through a dramatic increase in business in the region.

Li was hired by Nordson MARCH China as Regional Sales Manager for the North and East China region in 2006. Two years later, he was promoted to Business Manager, in charge of all China business, including sales, service and applications development. Prior to Nordson MARCH, Li was a technical engineer for Applied Materials China, and a sales manager for ASM China, in charge of ASM EPI products. Li holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Shanghai University, and an MBA from Asia International Open University.
