Piston Valves

The Nordson EFD 725D Series piston valve is a general-purpose valve for use with a wide variety of medium to high-viscosity fluids. A slight snuffback at the end of the valve dispensing cycle prevents dripping between shots.

The 725D Series piston valve systems consistently dispense a wide range of medium to thick fluids.

The 725DA-SS piston valve provides stroke adjustment for both fluid flow and snuff-back control. The 725D-SS version is non-adjustable and provides fixed stroke travel.

These pneumatic valves are ruggedly constructed and feature a unique UHMW* polymer diaphragm that isolates the wetted components from the actuator and provides long wear. Piston valves may be mounted in any position.

The complete valve system includes the 725D Series valve, ValveMate™ 8000 controller, fluid reservoir and dispense tip.
