Series 120 Disposable Mixing Elements

The Series 120 disposable mixing elements are a plastic spiral mixer with our patented “Apple Core” cross section. The mixing elements are injection-molded in one operation ensuring excellent quality control and low unit cost.

This patented geometry ensures:

  • Long life
  • Great flow rate

For most applications, our Acetal material is recommended. Nordson EFD also offers these elements in other plastics, such as Polypropylene and Kynar®. Contact our Technical Service or Sales Department for more information.
