Jeff Pembroke
President
Mr. Pembroke joined Nordson Corporation in 2005 as vice president of sales and marketing for the company’s Industrial Coating & Automotive Systems segment. In 2006, he moved to Nordson’s Adhesive Dispensing Systems segment where he served as vice president of sales and marketing with global responsibilities.
Prior to joining Nordson, Mr. Pembroke spent 16 years at General Electric starting as a financial analyst before serving in several sales and marketing assignments with increasing responsibility including director of commercial operations for GE Advanced Materials for the Americas.
Mr. Pembroke will use his extensive customer-focused sales and marketing background to expand Nordson EFD’s worldwide sales and market share. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP).
Michael Vidal
Director of Engineering
Mr. Vidal has overall responsibility for EFD's product engineering operations.
Mr. Vidal joined EFD in 2002 and has been Engineering Manager since 2004. Prior to joining EFD, he held senior product engineering positions Pollak Corp. and Texas Instruments Inc. Sensors and Controls Group, designing precision switch and sensor products for the automotive and aerospace industries. While at Pollak Corp., he was trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt and led several product improvement projects. He is holder of two US patents and is a registered Professional Engineer in two states.
Mr. Vidal holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
David Guiot
Director of Finance & Administration
Mr. Guiot is responsible for EFD’s worldwide financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis. He also serves on the Nordson Information Security Governance Council.
Mr. Guiot joined EFD in 1984 as Assistant Controller. Prior to being named to his current position in 2004, he served as EFD’s Controller. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bryant University.
Elizabeth Cabral
Director of Human Resources
Ms. Cabral is responsible for the delivery of Human Resources programs and services at three 3 domestic manufacturing plants and the coordination of EFD's human resources activities worldwide. She provides leadership to employees and management in the areas of recruiting, employment, employee and labor relations, compensation, training and organizational development.
Ms. Cabral joined EFD in early 2008 as a Human Resources Generalist and was named Manager of Human Resources later that year. Prior to joining EFD, she worked as an HR Generalist with Cybex International and was a Training and Education Specialist with the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Lesley University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
Srini Subramanian
Director of Marketing
Prior to joining EFD in 2009, Mr. Subramanian served as Nordson’s Director of Corporate Development, where he was instrumental in the acquisition of several subsidiaries. His extensive knowledge of Nordson’s various businesses, combined with previous experience in Product Development, Manufacturing, Sales, and Procurement bring a unique perspective to EFD’s global marketing programs.
Mr. Subramanian holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Akron, an MS. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Akron, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Anna University, India.
David Zgonc
Director of Sales
Mr. Zgonc is responsible for sales activity and operations for Nordson EFD’s North and South American regions, including sales management, sales operations and customer service.
Prior to joining EFD in 2010, Mr. Zgonc led the Global Product Management Organization for Nordson's Adhesives Systems Group. During his 13 years at Nordson, he has held positions ranging from test engineering, technology development, product development and leadership of product management.
Mr. Zgonc holds a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Danny M. Crane
Plant Manager
Mr. Crane is responsible for all manufacturing operations, including injection molding, machining, and product assembly. Other departments reporting to him include quality assurance, shipping and distribution. He also manages all LEAN initiatives.
Most recently, Mr. Crane was Quality Assurance Manager and Manufacturing Manager for Molded Products. Previous experience includes 9 years at Collins and Aikman Inc., as a Manufacturing Manager servicing the automotive industry.
Mr. Crane holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a Masters in Business Administration from Bryant University. He also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Auditor Certification.
