As Group Vice President–Fluid Management, Mr. Pembroke is responsible for accelerating profitable global growth in the Advanced Technology Segment’s three fluid management divisions–Nordson EFD, Nordson MICROMEDICS, and Value Plastics. Before assuming his current position, Mr. Pembroke served as President of Nordson EFD.
Mr. Pembroke joined Nordson Corporation in 2005 as vice president of sales and marketing for the company’s Industrial Coating & Automotive Systems segment. In 2006, he moved to Nordson’s Adhesive Dispensing Systems segment, where he served as vice president of sales and marketing with global responsibilities.
Prior to joining Nordson, Mr. Pembroke spent 16 years at General Electric, starting as a financial analyst before serving in several sales and marketing assignments with increasing responsibility, including director of commercial operations for GE Advanced Materials for the Americas.
Mr. Pembroke holds a B.S. degree from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP).
Mr. Forden joined Nordson EFD in 2012 with the goal of leading the company to achieve its growth objectives through a combination of customer focus, new product development and continuous improvement.
As Vice President and General Manager, he will utilize his extensive strategic planning, competitive analysis and marketing skills gained through 25 years of leadership experience across multiple industries within General Electric Company and Johns Manville.
Mr. Forden holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
Mr. Zgonc has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and execution of EFD’s global manufacturing, engineering and quality initiatives.
Prior to joining Nordson EFD in 2010, Mr. Zgonc led the Global Product Management Organization for Nordson's Adhesives Systems Group. During his 13 years at Nordson, he has held positions ranging from test engineering, technology development, product development and leadership of product management.
Mr. Zgonc holds a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Gaurav "Sunny" Verma
As the Global Marketing Director, Mr. Verma is responsible for leading our Market Development, Product Line Management and Marketing Communication efforts around the globe.
Prior to joining EFD in 2013, Mr. Verma worked at Ticona Engineering Materials as a Global Strategic Programs Director where he was responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for Additives & Coatings, Packaging, Films, Filtration and Oil & Gas businesses. Prior to Ticona, Sunny worked for Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics & High Performance Materials for 14 years in multiple roles with increasing responsibility.
Mr. Verma holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Engineering from Maharatra Institute of Technology and multiple advanced degrees including, Masters of Science in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Masters of Business Administration from Bryant University graduating with honors, and Strategic Marketing Management from Stanford University.
Mr. Guiot is responsible for EFD’s worldwide financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis. He also serves on the Nordson Information Security Governance Council.
Mr. Guiot joined EFD in 1984 as Assistant Controller. Prior to being named to his current position in 2004, he served as EFD’s Controller. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bryant University.
Ms. Cabral is responsible for the delivery of Human Resources programs and services at four domestic manufacturing plants and the coordination of EFD's human resources activities worldwide. She provides leadership to employees and management in the areas of recruiting, employment, employee and labor relations, compensation, training and organizational development.
Ms. Cabral joined EFD in 2008 as a Human Resources Generalist and was named Manager of Human Resources later that year. Prior to joining EFD, she worked as an HR Generalist with Cybex International and was a Training and Education Specialist with the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Lesley University and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
Mr. Vidal has overall responsibility for developing and implementing world class processes, systems and metrics that improve Nordson EFD’s capabilities to design, manufacture and deliver defect-free products and services on a sustainable basis to our customers worldwide.
Mr. Vidal joined EFD in 2002 and has been Engineering Manager since 2004. Prior to joining EFD, he held senior product engineering positions Pollak Corp. and Texas Instruments Inc. Sensors and Controls Group, designing precision switch and sensor products for the automotive and aerospace industries. While at Pollak Corp., he was trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt and led several product improvement projects. He is holder of two US patents and is a registered Professional Engineer in two states.
Mr. Vidal holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
Danny M. Crane
Mr. Crane is responsible for all manufacturing operations, including injection molding, machining, and product assembly. Other departments reporting to him include quality assurance, shipping and distribution. He also manages all LEAN initiatives.
Most recently, Mr. Crane was Quality Assurance Manager and Manufacturing Manager for Molded Products. Previous experience includes 9 years at Collins and Aikman Inc., as a Manufacturing Manager servicing the automotive industry.
Mr. Crane holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a Masters in Business Administration from Bryant University. He also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Auditor Certification.
George M. Briar
Mr. Briar is responsible for all Manufacturing and Distribution operations at EFD’s Robbinsville facility, including injection molding, tooling, automation, assembly, quality assurance, shipping, receiving and inventory control. He is also the plant’s ISO Management Representative, responsible for all Continuous Improvement and Lean Initiatives.
Prior to Nordson’s acquisition of TAH Industries in 2007, Mr. Briar had been serving as TAH’s CFO for 10 years. Previous experience includes both large public and smaller entrepreneurial firms, primarily in manufacturing environments.
Mr. Briar is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree from Lycoming College in Pennsylvania.
