The website has complete information for products, software, and application solutions for Nordson ASYMTEK's fluid dispensing, jetting, and coating systems. Nordson ASYMTEK products are used for manufacturing applications in the semiconductor packaging, printed circuit board, LED, flat panel display, medical and biotechnical device, and solar/photovoltaic industries. In Korea in particular, Nordson ASYMTEK is working on applications involving MEMS, camera modules, and hard disk drives.
