Because choice is important, Nordson ASYMTEK offers PPO MEDICAL plans as well as DENTAL, VISION, PRESCRIPTION and EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE (EAP) plans. 

Retirement Plans

Nordson ASYMTEK’s 401k RETIREMENT PLAN allows you the opportunity to save for your future.  You may contribute on a pre-tax or an after-tax basis and the company will match a percentage of your contribution each pay period.                             

To provide you with income in addition to your savings and Social Security benefits during your retirement, Nordson ASYMTEK offers participation in the Nordson PENSION PLAN.

Time Away

Everyone needs time away from work.  Nordson ASYMTEK provides approximately 10 paid HOLIDAYS per year.

Nordson ASYMTEK's PTO (PERSONAL TIME OFF) accrual rate is based on continuous years of service.  The accrual rate starts at 3 weeks per year.

Income Protection

When a family member has a serious illness, FAMILY ILLNESS LEAVE allows you to receive full pay (length of leave is determined on years of service) when you must be away from work because a family member in your household is ill.

In the event you need to be off work for your own serious illness or injury Nordson ASYMTEKI offers SHORT TERM and LONG TERM DISABILITY benefits.

Employee LIFE INSURANCE and ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT (AD&D) INSURANCE provides financial protection for your family in the event of an unforeseen loss.

Other Benefits

Depending on Nordson ASYMTEK’s financial performance, employees may share in the company’s good fortune by receiving PROFIT SHARING.  Profit Sharing is determined quarterly and is dependent upon Nordson ASYMTEK’s financial performance during the previous quarter.

To help you with continuing education, our EDUCATION ASSISTANCE plan will reimburse 100% of the cost for tuition/books for work related studies up to $5,000 per calendar year.

Our unique CHILDCARE ASSISTANCE benefit will pay 50% of your childcare cost up to $2,400 per calendar year.

To offset your taxes, Nordson ASYMTEK offers FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS that allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified health care and child care expenses.  If you qualify, Nordson ASYMTEK also offers a HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified health care expenses.
